LZ50 厚層自流平它是由水泥基或石膏基膠凝材料、骨料、填料及添加劑組成，與水?dāng)嚢韬缶哂辛鲃有阅茏詣诱移交蛏约訑備伨湍苷移降牡孛嬗貌牧稀Ｒ话阌糜诘孛嬲移胶偷孛娌膳到y(tǒng)。應(yīng)用于地面裝飾層的支撐材料，在凝結(jié)硬化過程中能產(chǎn)生微膨脹，不產(chǎn)生收縮裂縫，且熱穩(wěn)定性好。

LZ50 cementitious thick layer self-leveling compound is combined of special cement, fine aggregate, polymer spray dry powder resin and other cement additives, which is featured as high fluidity and high plasticity and environmentally friendly. Generally used for ground leveling and ground heating systems. The supporting material can be applied to the floor decorative layer.  And it can generate micro-expansion during hardening process but with low shrinkage and good thermal stability.

基層要求：

①基層須具備室內(nèi)溫度在5-30℃，地面基層的含水率＜千分之三；

②基層必須干燥、堅實、可承重、無妨礙粘結(jié)雜物，表面平整；

③具有良好的抗壓強度；

④為保證自流平流動性和附著力，建議使用合適的多功能水性界面劑。

REQUIREMENT:

①The indoor allowed temperature should be from 5 to 30 degree Celsius.

②The substrate should be clean, flat, dry and strong without any loose part.

③High compressive strength.

④Suitable primer is highly recommended in order to ensure the self-leveling surface strength and adhesion.

技術(shù)參數(shù)：

TECHNICAL

施工方法：

①基層清理干凈后，先選用合適的水性界面劑涂刷基層，當(dāng)界面劑已被基層吸收，處于全干狀態(tài)時（施工后1-3小時），開始自流平施工。

②在攪拌容器中加入6L清水，然后慢慢加入一包25kg的自流平，用攪拌機攪拌3-5分鐘后，將混合料倒出，均勻地鋪開，用專用的齒口刮板控制厚度，混合料必須在20分鐘內(nèi)用完，剛施工好的自流平要防止受陽光直射和強風(fēng)吹拂。

③在自流平初凝前，用消泡滾筒滾軋地面以排除混合時帶入的空氣。

CONSTRUCTION STEPS:

①The suitable primer will be roller painted firstly after cleaning up the the basic floor. And the self-leveling compound will be applied after the primer absorbed completely within 1-3 hours.

②The 25kg compound will be mixed slowly by 6L water in container. And poured out the mixer after stirring 3-5minutes by blender mixer. This job should be finished within 20mins by special scraper which can control the thickness around 1-3mm. After done, the finished job should be protected from sun and strong wind.  

③ The use of a spiked roller may aid the final leveling of the material and spiked roller should be used within the flow time of the product.

注意事項

由于本品含水泥，會與水反應(yīng)產(chǎn)生強堿性，避免與皮膚、眼睛接觸。一旦接觸，立即用水沖洗；如果皮膚或眼睛受到傷害，立即就醫(yī)。本產(chǎn)品完全硬化后不會產(chǎn)生對身體、環(huán)境有影響的物質(zhì)。

Attention:

The product is considered non-hazardous in normal usage. However it contains Portland cement and reacts alkaline which may cause some skin irritation after prolonged contact. Avoid contact with eyes or skin. In case of contact with eyes, rinse for several minutes under running water, and seek medical advice. Physiologically and ecologically safe when in the cured state.

包裝與儲存

25kg復(fù)合紙袋包裝。本品須存放于室內(nèi)，注意防潮、防止冰凍、曝曬。

托盤上堆放不超過8層，保質(zhì)期為6個月。

PACKAGE AND STORAGE:

25KG multi-layer paper bag. The warranty is about 6 months. The product shall be stored indoor, protected from moisture, kept away from direct sunlight and source of heat. Stacked on pallets less than 8 layers.
